e trust that you will be delighted with your new TAPP Water product, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it to us . Just let us know by filling out this return request form.

If you have obtained your filter through the limited offer of "Try it for 30 days" please log in to your Mytapp account, in the "Orders" section and you will see a "Return now" link. We can only register and accept your return if you follow these steps.

If you want to return a product that you have bought on our website or at a TAPP Water sales booth in a shopping center, please read the following instructions carefully. In case you have bought the product in other online stores, physical stores or Amazon, please contact the seller. TAPP Water does not manage purchase returns on third party sites.

We will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping in the following cases, as long as it is within the warranty period and that your request has been previously evaluated and confirmed by the customer service team after sending us your return request:

  • Manufacturing defects or defects
  • Low quality
  • Incompatibility with my faucet / system
  • I have received a product that I have not ordered
  • I have received the product twice

In the event that you would like to return the product to us for any other reason, TAPP Water will not cover the shipping costs for the return. We will refund the price of the product, not the return shipping costs as long as you notify us within 45 days from the date of purchase.

If you need to return a product from outside the TAPP Water service area, please contact TAPP Water customer service. Shipping costs may apply.

To return your product according to the return policy, please make sure that:

  1. You have made the purchase directly with TAPP Water (through our website) or through a TAPP Water stand for direct sales in a shopping center.
  2. You have contacted TAPP Water to advise that you are going to start the return process by writing to this return request form.
  3. The product is returned in its original TAPP Water packaging, with all materials and parts included.

 

Refund due to incompatibility with your system:

Our filters are compatible with 95% of standard taps. Please check that your faucet is not in the unsupported faucet image before purchasing. The round diameter faucets that are not compatible are those with an extendable hose and the following models:

1.Pull-out or shower-style faucet 2. IKEA "BOSJÖN", "ÄLMAREN" and "TÄMNAREN" and other taps with short thread
3. Faucets with oval thread
4. Faucet with sensor

 

In case of incompatibility, our team will contact you to see if we have an alternative solution for your specific case (for example, sending you adapters for free). Please note that most cases of apparent incompatibility can be resolved by sending you additional adapters free of charge. We will evaluate your case through the video that we will ask you to attach, and we will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for your case.

If it is not compatible, we will indicate the way to send the product. When we have received the order, we will refund the purchase money and the cost of returning the package to the payment method used (bank card or your Paypal account). Please bear in mind that this process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

Return for quality defects:

Once the existence of a tare or factory defect has been verified in any of the selected products, TAPP Water will proceed to process the replacement of the same with another of identical characteristics in the following 5 working days as long as it is within the warranty period :

  • “Annual Subscription Pack” for TAPP 2 Twist and TAPP 2 Click: Lifetime warranty as long as the subscription is still ongoing
  • "Pack Starter / 3 months": 1 year warranty
  • Replacement cartridges: 1 year warranty

If the replacement of the product is not possible, TAPP Water will inform you of this circumstance and will proceed to pay the amount corresponding to the product in relation to the total amount paid for the product. In this case, the refund of amounts paid for the return of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

TAPP Water is not responsible for quality defects caused by normal wear and tear, external impacts, or misuse.

Return for any other reason:

  • I don't like the filter / I don't like how it looks
  • I have not canceled my annual subscription on time
  • The product has arrived too late
  • I have ordered a product that I did not want
  • Other (not named on this page)

All you have to do is send the product back to us with all its parts by mail to our office in Sydney, indicating your name and the order number. Our address for returns is the following:

In such cases, we do not offer a refund of amounts paid for the return of the product. When we have received the order, we will refund the purchase money in the means of payment used (bank card or your Paypal account). Please bear in mind that this process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

Each product to be returned must be with all its parts, labels, packaging and -where appropriate- documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.
